Rhonson Salim

Biography

Rhonson's research interests focus on collective redress, private international law and international dispute resolution and he has written publications in these areas. Rhonson also holds a long-standing interest in matters relating to regional integration and dispute resolution in the English-speaking Caribbean and other small states. He has contributed his expertise to a number of consultations informing law and policy making. His external appointments include an Adjunct Professorship at FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. Rhonson has participated in a number of research projects in various capacities for external organisations such as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in the Caribbean (OHADAC) and the EU Commission. Rhonson frequently presents papers in his areas of research at academic conferences and specialist expert panels.
