Going East: Product Liability in China

Leading Chinese and European experts will gather together to highlight the various aspects of product safety and liability law in China from both an academic and practical perspective. Themes such as the civil and criminal dimensions of product liability law in China, the role of civil and criminal procedure, and the specificities of the Chinese legal systems will be addressed.

This seminar has been organised by Dr Duncan Fairgrieve, British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Professor Eleonora Rajneri, Università del Piemonte Orientale.

Payment for registration will always be required, and must be made prior to the event. If sufficient written notification of cancellation is received, a full refund will be given. If insufficient notice is given, payment for your registration will still be required.
