JUSTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CRIMES: Addressing Gaps in United Kingdom Law and Practice

The panel will consider current gaps in the UK legal system which have impeded prosecutions of serious international crimes, and will consider the range of options and steps to close these gaps. A discussion document which canvasses these concerns will also be released at the event.
