FROM FESCO TO CESR;THE CHALLENGE OF REGULATING EU SECURITIES MARKETS

10th December 2007

The speaker will discuss the challenges faced by CESR and its predecessor FESCO (the Forum of European Securities Commissions) Has CESR delivered the results promised by the Lamfalussy reforms, or does the spectre of a Single European Regulator continue to threaten national securities regulation?

This event is free and will be followed by a reception. One CPD point will be available.
