French Commerical Code & British Commerical Law within a Global Market-Place 'Celebrating the Bicent

This international conference, jointly organized with the Franco-British Law Society, will be a prestigious event, bringing together high-caliber speakers form Britain and France including, Monsieur Daniel Tricot Président de la Chambre Commerciale de la Cour de cassation and Lord Phillips LCJ. Various topics of commercial law will be covered, including commercial contracts and the attractivity of Civil Law systems.

This event is been hosted by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in conjunction with the Franco- British Lawyers Society Limited.

There will be a dinner that will be held at the Reform Club. Cost to attend the event dinner: £65 per person. The Reform Club in Pall Mall is one of the finest Victorian buildings in the country, a palatial masterpiece by Sir Charles Barry that has remained largely unchanged since it was completed in 1841.
