Event Details

An afternoon conference taking a comparative look at collective redress from the point of view of claimants, defendants and the courts. Our expert panels will discuss forming and funding the claimant group, defending the claims and how the courts deal with the novel issues of national and international procedure to which collective redress claims often give rise.

The conference is aimed at those with an interest in collective redress, with a focus on actions grouping together a class of consumers (or other individuals) to bring a collective claim.

This event will be hosted in-person at the BIICL office in Russell Square, London.
